Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Because our products are shipped internationally, delivery typically takes between 10 and 20 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can occasionally take longer around holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order – the cost is already included in the product price.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Customs and import charges

In most cases, no extra charges apply on delivery. In rare cases, the destination country may apply customs duties or import taxes on international shipments; if this happens, these charges are the customer's responsibility and outside our control.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hallotrends@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
