1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of this online store (the 'Store') and any purchase you make through it. The Store is operated by Candle&Mug, based in Barcelona, Spain. By placing an order or browsing the Store, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable; shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel or return an order are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Store – text, graphics, logos and images – is owned by Candle&Mug or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the Store's normal operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candle&Mug is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
